 Dr. Cantero nominated to COM-FSM Board of RegentsPALIKIR, Pohnpei (FSM Information Service): April 29, 1998 - Vice President Leo Falcam, on April 17th, transmitted a proposed resolution for action by the Congress during its May session, nominating Dr. Catalino Cantero to the COM-FSM Board of Regents. Dr. Cantero was Secretary of the former FSM Department of Education before the reorganization of the Executive Branch took effect. Currently, he is the Deputy Secretary of the new Department of Health, Education and Social Services. Cantero is a former President of the College and now is the Deputy Secretary of the Department of Health, Education and Social Affairs, FSM National Government.
