Pohnpei Catholic School graduates 18

Palikir, POHNPEI (FSM Information Services): June 15, 2004 - The Pohnpei Catholic School in Kolonia honored 18 proud graduates at its 17th Commencement Exercise on June 4, 2004.

The Valedictorian Address was an honor shared by Jesse Panuel and Teri Abraham, both having earned the highest grade point average since sixth grade.

President Joseph J. Urusemal, the Commencement keynote speaker, welcomed the opportunity to address the graduating class and congratulated each and everyone for a job well done.

The President told the graduates that knowledge is not confined within the walls of the classrooms, but rather that it is an all-encompassing experience of daily learning from daily living. He encouraged the PCS Class of 2004 to mark their graduation as a milestone in their journey towards higher education.
